Day 2: My feet hurt

After standing up for 7+ hours today my feet are in pain. It's amazing how much standing on your feet all day affects your whole body. I just keep telling myself that it's preparing me for the "real world". I am a little less tired after today, so I'm hoping that by next week I will be good to go.

Even though I've only been in the classroom for two days I'm already able to pick up on the "Robins", "Blue Jays", and the kids that get lost in the mix. I talked with my LA Co-op after school today and she was surprised and impressed that I have been that observant. Of course I already have an idea of the kids that will give me a hard time and am sure I will be surprised by others very often. 

Keep me in your prayers as I continue this week. 3 more days to go!

    I can't believe you're student teaching already! I know you'll be an amazing teacher, and I pray that you learn as much from the kids as I am sure they will learn from you!
